SwissKlip is a new brand provided by the British company Arquett Ltd.

We are a team of professionals from Germany and the UK and our goal is to provide new, modern, innovative, and effective products to tackle day-to-day hassles for customers worldwide.

We are a British company based in London (the same place where the Queen lives). But our products are based in our Wisconsin warehouse. So when you place your order, your item will be fulfilled from within the USA.

Our product is designed in Germany and made in China. Our experts are visiting the local factory regularly to oversee the manufacturing process. This ensures that we are consistently producing the highest quality products for our customers.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Ordering through the SwissKlip website  is simple and safe.

Just click on the “Buy now” button, which leads you to our Check-out page, here please select the order quantity on the left, enter your billing and shipping information on the right and then move on to the payment method. You can select to pay with a credit card or via Paypal.

Click “Place Order” and we will package your clipper and send it straight to your doorstep!

You will also receive an order confirmation via email once the payment was successfully processed.

Please keep in mind that you can currently only order products online for delivery within the USA and Canada.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders over the phone at the moment. Please place all orders on our website.

SwissKlip is still a young brand and we, therefore, cannot offer free shipping for any order value.

Our team is amazingly fast in processing the orders that are coming in, but we know mistakes can happen while ordering, we have a 1 hour time window in which you can change or cancel your order.

TAXES

Generally, the federal goods and services tax (GST) applies to taxable goods and services supplied in Canada. The harmonized sales tax (HST) is a blended federal/provincial sales tax that includes a 5 percent federal component and a provincial component of 8 percent or 10 percent. HST applies in the provinces of Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador.

DELIVERY

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours upon receipt (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Once your order is successfully processed, you can expect your SwissKlip product to arrive within 3-5 business days.

Our products are based in Canada so great news, no taxes, no duty fees. Yay!

Yes, you have the possibility of entering a different shipping address during the order process.

SwissKlip does not ship outside Canada and the USA at this time. We are working hard to expand our shipping to many more countries.

Please contact us in case you are interested to order from a country outside the USA and we are happy to provide solutions on an exceptional basis.

There are two ways to track your order:

  1. Check the status of your order with the provided tracking number
  2. Contact your local post office or postman with the tracking number

If the two above ways have not resolved your query; kindly contact our support team at support@swissklip.com and they will assist you.

SwissKlip cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. 

If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.

RETURNS

Should an item not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, this means if you are not satisfied with our product and contact us within 14 days after receipt of the order, we will refund the amount of the product excluding shipping fees.

We constantly work on finding the best solution when it comes to returns. So far we cannot offer free returns. If the return is valid however we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost. 

​Please note that when sending a return, you should choose for standard delivery. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain the proof of postage and please send us a copy in case your return was approved.

If your order is defective or in any way damaged please photograph the item and send us the photo in an email to our customer service team at support@swissklip.com

We will determine the best course of action once we review the photos and will come back to you within 48 hours.

If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. 

Please create a new order using the correct billing address.

You will be refunded the value of the returned item excluding the shipping fee to return the item. The refund will be issued using the payment method you selected for the order. For instance, if you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card, if you used PayPal, your refund will appear on your PayPal account.

Please allow 7- 14 days from the day we received your return back at our warehouse for your account to be credited. Different banks work with different timelines, therefore please allow up to 30 days before contacting us.
